Chinese New Year Celebration

Olivia Moffett (Chinese 2018) used her Alumni Development Fund grant to host a successful Chinese New Year celebration for Washington D.C.-area CLS alumni in early February 2020. She offered a learning opportunity by engaging a speaker from the George Washington University Confucius Institute and sharing traditional games and snacks. Alumni from a variety of languages attended and enjoyed the opportunity to connect.
