Thank you for your support of our new pilot initiative, CLS Spark! We are thrilled with the enthusiastic response from our advisor community. 

The application for this opportunity remains open through May 26, so please continue to encourage your students to apply now!

For those who have read for CLS in the past, please note that this will be a less time-intensive task than previous evaluators may anticipate. The application for CLS Spark is shorter than our summer application with fewer essays and no letters of recommendation, and we expect the volume of applications being lower than what we receive for the summer overseas CLS Program across 15 languages.

The evaluation period will begin shortly following the close of the application. While this is an unpaid, volunteer opportunity, reading and evaluating applications is an excellent way to become familiar with the selection criteria for this new program in order to better advise your own students.
