If you do not complete the form, you will be removed from our mailing list and will no longer appear on our website as a resource for students at your campus. Responses are due by Sunday (September 10)!

Additionally, you can view the current CLS Advisors listed at your campus by searching for your institution: https://clscholarship.org/universities. If you need to change, add, or remove an advisor for your campus, please let us know: https://clscholarship.org/advisors/sign-up/update.
